Hook Line and Sinker

When I was a kid I remember hearing the word hooker in an American movie and wondering why Australia's biggest real estate agency was called L.J Hooker after the word for a prostitute.

Now I'm older and know that it was just a co-incidence. Then I saw this SOLD sign. Tell me the photo of the house doesn't look like the kinda place a hooker might turn tricks?

I have now decided that the real estate agency IS actually run by hookers. They obviously sold this place as a favour to a colleague.
